Field Systems Training

Field Training Lessons

Every past Wednesday lesson in one place. Each one is a 10-minute read with five steps, a field task and one number to track.

  1. Lesson 1: The Last Walk Before Keys
The last walk before keys: a 5-step final walk that tests the house, closes the punch list to zero, and cuts first-30-day resident calls.
  2. Lesson 2: Sequence the Job So the Punch List Is Short
How to set the trade order, run one mid-job check before paint and flooring, and hand off room by room so the final punch list stays short.

New lessons go to subscribers by email first and post here one week later.
